Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your gear. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number with your return.

Return shipping

Within 3 days of delivery: return shipping is on us. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
Days 4–30: returns are still accepted, but you pay for return shipping.

Non-returnable items: none.

How to start a return

Contact our customer service team at lch1263@uncw.edu with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days of our receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact our customer service team at lch1263@uncw.edu within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
